As a professional woman of color, I wear many hats
and you probably do too.
I’m a spicy Afro-Latina, with roots that hail from the Dominican Republic and Detroit, MI (so my love for good food and music runs deep.)
At home, I’m splitting my attention between work and the needs of my autistic son.
Being a wife, mom, sister, and CEO can be a whole lotta whole lot. But that doesn’t mean it stops me from pursuing my God-given assignment of serving our community and our organization well.
I’ve done a lot in my career: from leading teams, traveling around the country, speaking on stages, and building a large online community from scratch.
To know me is to know that sometimes you’ll get a response in English or Spanish or Spanglish.
But whatever the language, I want you to know that you are welcome here!
